I traveled to Perth for a concert at HBF Stadium, and City Quarters On Brewer was the perfect choice due to its proximity to the venue. The stadium was just a few meters away, with gate 3 being the closest entrance. The room was clean and spacious enough for three of us, with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the convenience of having several cafes and restaurants nearby. The wifi worked well, and the air conditioning was much appreciated, especially on a scorching hot day with temperatures exceeding 40 degrees. The continental breakfast provided was ample, although it's best to grab something early as there may not be much left later.
I do recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at this charming hotel. My partner and I were in Perth for a quick overnight trip and City Quarters On Brewer was the perfect choice for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and the owner even took the time to personally introduce herself to us, which was a lovely touch. We arrived late at night and the late check-in made our travel plans so much easier. The breakfast option was just what we needed and the property was conveniently located close to both the airport and CBD, making it easy to get around with cheap Ubers. The value for money was exceptional and the hotel had a unique, vintage yet modern feel. I would definitely stay here again!
